When you call our office, you’ll always go through to a real person, you won’t have to navigate through a call centre with “press one for sales, press two for returns”.
If you’re comfortable only dealing with one person, then that’s not a problem. All of our customers have a dedicated account manager, as we believe this gives you the highest standard of service.
